(Automotive) I am a high end painter that handles upperclass customers. These people want their woodwork to looking like glass when I'm done. For the past four years I either used spackle(which gums up your sandpaper) or regular bondo that you have to sit and mix. The regular bondo works well, but you spend more time mixing than applying the product. With the tube of bonding you just squeeze out the bonding onto a blade and apply. This stuff really is a cinch to work with and it doesn't gum up in your sandpaper. I use it to fill scratches, nail holes, and cracks. I don't recommend trying to build corners out with it, as it is a bondo/glaze. The best part is a little of this stuff really goes a long way. I assume that this bondo works just as well on cars, but I haven't gotten around to trying it for that yet. (Automotive) As the other reviewer mentioned, this stuff is fantastic AND very convenient.I do a lot of hobby body work (read: I'm NOT a professional!), and I do a lot of dinking around with body fillers like bondo. Bondo is great, but it's a pain to mix and apply, and an even bigger pain to sand down smoothly. This stuff, on the other hand, is the polar opposite. Squeeze it out and apply. It goes on super smoothly as long as you handle it for ~<5 minutes or so. After that, it starts drying a bit and gets a little gritty as you apply it. My favorite aspect of it, however, is that it's a friggen breeze to sand down. It dries hard, and paints over perfectly, but it comes off like butter with sandpaper. Makes working with it extremely convenient. Because of this, I've changed my 'style' to using bondo as the base filler, and then applying this over the top where the actual sanding aspect comes into play.
